These terms cover your use of this website (renowize.co.uk), our quote-approval pages, and the Renowize field application used by our team and authorised users (together, "our services"). By using our services you agree to these terms. Renowize Limited is a company operating in England; contact admin@renowize.co.uk.
The content of this website is for general information about our services. You may browse and submit enquiries; you must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or submit false or unlawful content through our forms.
Quotes describe the scope and price of proposed works and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Where we send a private approval link, selecting Accept and providing your name confirms your acceptance of the quoted scope and price, and forms the instruction for us to book the work. Variations discovered on site are agreed with you before any additional cost is incurred. Our work carries a 6-month workmanship warranty from completion.
The field application is a business tool provided for Renowize staff, contractors and authorised partners. Access credentials are personal and must not be shared. Data entered into the application belongs to Renowize Limited and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend access to protect the integrity of the system. The application is provided "as is" for business use; we take reasonable care to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The Renowize name, logo, website content and photographs are owned by Renowize Limited and may not be reused without permission.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website or the application. Our liability in relation to building works is governed by the contract agreed for those works.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
