Who we are

Renowize Limited ("Renowize", "we") is a property renovation, construction and maintenance contractor operating in London and within the M25. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Contact: admin@renowize.co.uk · +44 7838 702618.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries and quote requests — when you use the quote form on this website or contact us directly, we collect your name, contact details, the property location and your message. We use these to respond, prepare quotes and arrange work (legal basis: taking steps to enter a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
• Clients and jobs — for quoted and active work we keep client contact details, site addresses, job scopes, quotes, invoices and related correspondence (legal basis: performance of a contract; retention of financial records is a legal obligation).
• Job photographs — our team photographs work before, during and after completion as a record of the works. A small selection may be published in the Projects section of this website only where we choose to showcase the work; published photos show the works, not people, and we take reasonable care to avoid identifying details.
• Quote approval links — if we send you a private link to approve a quote, we record the name you enter and the time of acceptance as the approval record.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking pixels.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers to run our business: website and app hosting (Netlify), our secure cloud database (Supabase), form notifications (Netlify), and accounting software (Intuit QuickBooks) for estimates and invoicing. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-processing terms. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client, job and financial records are kept for 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to, in line with UK accounting requirements. Job photographs are kept as part of the job record and our 6-month workmanship warranty evidence.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email admin@renowize.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If a published project photo concerns your property and you would like it removed, tell us and we will take it down.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
